We do not currently treat pelvic health disorders or pediatrics, or perform acupuncture or vestibular assessments.

No, you do not need a referral from a doctor to access physiotherapy services. If you plan to use extended health care benefits, we encourage you to review the details of your plan as some insurance companies may require a doctor’s referral before they will reimburse you.

No, at this time we do not direct bill to insurance. We accept payment by e-transfer, cash or online credit card payment and provide a detailed receipt you may submit to your private health insurance provider.

No, Rehab 2 You offers private physiotherapy and rehab services.

No, we do not provide services to those seeking treatment under MVA or WSIB claims benefits.

  • Initial assessments are approximately 60 minutes in duration.
  • Follow-up treatment sessions are 50 minutes in duration, and are one-on-one with your physiotherapist.

During your initial assessment you can expect to answer questions related to your current health status, past medical health history, and your goals. Your physiotherapist will then conduct a physical assessment. Based on the combined findings, your therapist will provide education and treatment to help you achieve your goals.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.

  • No Show/Missed Appointments = Full Session Fee
  • Late Cancellation or Late Reschedule = 50% of Session Fee
